Frequently Asked Questions

If you have not received your tickets or are having trouble opening the file through your email, you can access and print your ticket direct from the Moshtix website. Log into your Moshtix account, click ‘Manage Tickets’ and then click on 'Resend'. Here you will be able to email a new copy of the ticket to the same, or even a new email address.

On your Moshtix account, you also have the option to 'View Ticket', 'Download PDF' and 'Add to Wallet'.

If you created your booking as a Guest, you will need to register an account using the same email address that was used for the booking. To access your tickets, please Sign Up and your tickets will be waiting for you!

Also, please note your tickets may have been delivered to your junk, spam or promotions folder, rather than your inbox. To access your tickets, please click on the junk/spam/promotions tab within your email account, then move your confirmation/invoice email from Moshtix (with your tickets attached) to your inbox. This will ensure that future emails from us are received efficiently.

There are no refunds on tickets except as required by law and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases do not qualify for a refund.

If you hold a government issued Companion Card, you may be eligible for a complimentary ticket for your companion to assist you in attending the event. *Please note a full priced Ticket must be selected when redeeming a Companion Card ticket and you will be required to present your Companion Card at the Event on Event Day. You must also pre-book these via email at help@tixsupport.com.

Gates open at 2pm with the first act starting approximately 3.30pm.

Odyssey Festival finishes at 10.00pm.

A taxi rank is located inside the Members’ Car Park, where taxis will pick up and drop off throughout the day.

The City-Bay tram operates throughout the day from North Tce, and Victoria Square (Adelaide), through to Moseley Square (Glenelg). The entrance is adjacent to the tram stop.

Adelaide Metro buses operate services to stops adjacent to Morphettville Racecourse on Anzac Highway and Morphett Road. Visit the Adelaide Metro website for up-to-date schedules.

Yes, there is LIMITED paid parking onsite at Morphettville Racecourse. You MUST pre-purchase your parking tickets prior to arriving at Odyssey, by clicking HERE. You must print out your parking ticket and place on your dashboard. We also suggest carpooling to help reduce congestion on the roads, and getting into the festival! Parking can NOT be purchased on the day.

There will be limited disabled parking spaces available at Morphetville Racecourse in Car Park 1, and you must pre book these spaces through email at hello@odysseyfestival.com.au.

VIP holders will have access to a section located in front of the stage.

There will be a limited VIP seating area available. You are also welcome to bring your own low camp seat or picnic rug.

No, this is an 18+ event only.

Yes, there will be a first aid services at the event. If someone is in need of medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.

Sorry, no passouts.

If it does rain the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous.

Only in the designated smoking areas which are sign posted throughout. There is no smoking allowed outside of these areas.

Odyssey will be a cashless event – the only way to purchase food and drinks is with your debit, credit or prepaid credit card via contactless and mobile payments.

The event is an open air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be notified via email and social media as well as website. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed/continue.

Odyssey will be held in accordance with any SA Government Public Health Orders and COVID-19 restrictions in place on the date of the event.

In accordance with current SA Health guidelines, there are no vaccination, testing, or general mask requirements at Odyssey Festival. HOWEVER, COVID-19 is still circulating and as such we ask that all ticket holders evaluate their personal situation and risk in determining whether to attend the festival.

Free drinking water will be available on site and we encourage bringing empty PLASTIC (only) water bottles. Metal water bottles are NOT allowed in to the festival site.

You may bring to Odyssey Festival: Low camping chair (back of chair no higher than 100cm), Small Picnic Rug, EMPTY PLASTIC water bottle, Rain Poncho, Non Professional Camera. It is also advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event.

STRICTLY NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in the Festival site. A selection of food and drink options are available for purchase on the day.

The banned items are in place to provide general safety and patron comfort. Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper – 30cm x 20cm, Metal drink bottles, Metal cutlery, Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, any food or drinks, Glass of any kind, Weapons of any kind, Umbrellas, Fireworks, flares, fire twirling paraphernalia (sticks, balls etc), Laser lights, Milk / bread crates, Video and audio recording devices, including Go Pros (other than mobile phones), Professional still cameras (small still cameras ARE allowed), Drones, Protest paraphernalia and banners, Skateboards, Scooters, bikes including e-scooters or e-bikes or any motorised vehicles, Culturally sensitive items and attire, Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared organisation” within the meaning of the Crimes (Criminal Organisation Control) Act 2009 is not permitted, Strictly no animals (with the exception of service or assistance animals), Any other items considered illegal, offensive or potentially dangerous.
