Toilets and water access available.
Dump points & grey water disposal onsite.

I have not received my tickets/lost my tickets? +
Please log into your Moshtix account, click Manage Tickets then Resend to email a new copy (you can also View Ticket, Download PDF or Add to Wallet). If you checked out as a Guest, create a Moshtix account using the same email to access your tickets.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend? +
Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law and/or the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases don’t qualify for a refund.
Do you accept companion cards? +
Yes. If you hold a government-issued Companion Card, you may be eligible for a complimentary companion ticket (a full-priced ticket must be selected when redeeming and your Companion Card must be presented on event day). Pre-book via hello@odysseyfestival.com.au.

Yes—paid parking is available onsite at Maryborough Showgrounds. We recommend pre-purchasing (limited availability). Parking may be available on the day for $10 via EFTPOS. Pre-purchase here.
Is there disabled parking/access? +
Limited disabled parking is available; you must pre-book via hello@odysseyfestival.com.au.
Is there a taxi service? +
Local taxis operate, however availability is limited and delays are likely. We strongly encourage using the festival bus service or arranging ride share in advance.
Can I bring Kids? +
No—this is an 18+ event only.
Is First Aid available? +
Yes—first aid services will be on site. If anyone needs medical attention, please alert Security, Event Staff or First Aid.
Are passouts available? +
Sorry, NO passouts.
Can I Smoke? +
Only in designated, sign-posted smoking areas. No smoking elsewhere on site.
Purchasing food & drink at the events +
Both events are cashless. Please use debit/credit/prepaid cards via contactless or mobile payments.
What is your wet weather policy? +
Odyssey is an open-air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. If cancellation is necessary, we’ll notify you via email, social media and website. Cancellation only occurs if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed. Please bring a poncho. No umbrellas are allowed in to the Festival site and will be confiscated.

Will there be water stations to fill up my empty water bottle? +
Yes—free drinking water will be available on site. Empty reusable metal and plastic bottles are encouraged.
What can I bring to the events? +
Standard sized camping chair, small picnic rug, rain poncho, sealed plastic bottled still water (not carbonated), snack foods, and a small esky/supermarket-sized cooler bag, non-professional camera, and empty reusable metal/plastic water bottles. A wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen are recommended.
Can I bring food and drink? +

What items are banned from entering the events? +
To ensure safety and comfort, the following are not permitted: illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia; alcohol; any glass; weapons of any kind; umbrellas; fireworks/flares/fire twirling gear; laser lights; milk/bread crates; video/audio recorders incl. GoPros (mobile phones OK); professional still cameras (small still cameras ARE allowed); drones; protest paraphernalia/banners; skateboards, scooters, bikes incl. e-scooters/e-bikes or any motorised vehicles; culturally sensitive items/attire; clothing/jewellery/accessories displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared organisation”; strictly no animals (except service/assistance animals); and any other items deemed illegal, offensive or potentially dangerous.

Can I bring my caravan or motorhome on to the camping sites? +
Yes you can. There will be some variety with sizes of sites so if you are able to confirm sizes of caravans or motorhomes if you are bringing these then please send through to camping@odysseyfestival.com.au so we can ensure you are allocated sufficient space.
What time is check in and check out? +
To keep things cruisy and avoid long lines, check-in will be staggered from 9am on Friday July 24, 2025. The camping team will contact you closer to the event to provide you with your allocated site and check-in window time. Please aim to arrive during your slot to help us keep everything flowing smoothly! If you require a specific check in time, please contact our team at camping@odysseyfestival.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot provide any guarantees. Check out time is 10am on Sunday July 26, 2026.
We are bringing a caravan. Will our car towing it, also fit on the site? +
Each camp site will have sufficient space to also park the towing vehicle.
Can we bring and consume our own alcohol at our camp site? +
Yes you can, however no glass is permitted on site but please note that the camping terms and conditions must be adhered to.
Are the sizes of the sites generous? +
The sites are generous. There will be some variety with sizes of sites so if you are able to confirm sizes of caravans or motorhomes if you are bringing these then please send through to camping@odysseyfestival.com.au so we can ensure you are allocated sufficient space.

Can I go into the concert and back to my campsite during the shows? +
Sorry, no pass outs once you enter the event.
Can I bring my dog on to my campsite? +
Dogs are permitted in the camping area only. Please note that there are no pass outs from the event once you have entered, and your dog must remain under your direct supervision at all times while in the camping area.
What is included in the Premium Camping? +
There are 15 premium powered camping sites (8m x 12m) located within a short walking distance (50 - 100m) of the entry gates. These sites have access to exclusive toilet and shower facilities. Limited water available.
