Log into your Moshtix account, click ‘Manage Tickets’ and then click on 'Resend'. Here you will be able to email a new copy of the ticket to the same, or even a new email address. On your Moshtix account, you also have the option to 'View Ticket', 'Download PDF' and 'Add to Wallet'.

If you hold a government issued Companion Card, you may be eligible for a complimentary ticket for your companion to assist you in attending the event. *Please note a full priced Ticket must be selected when redeeming a Companion Card ticket and you will be required to present your Companion Card at the Event on Event Day. Boogie Nights 70s Dance Party starts at 7.00pm on Friday July 25. Gates open at 2pm on Saturday July 26 for Odyssey Festival, with the first act starting approximately 3.30pm.

Both Boogie Nights 70s Dance Party and Odyssey Festival finish at 10.00pm.

Yes, there is paid parking onsite at Maryborough Showgrounds. You can pre-purchase your parking tickets prior to arriving at Odyssey, by clicking HERE. Parking may be available for purchase on the day, if available, for $10 via EFTPOS.

There will be limited disabled parking spaces available at Maryborough Showgrounds, and you must pre book these spaces through email at hello@odysseyfestival.com.au.

There are local taxi services available but please understand there are limited taxi’s available in the Maryborough region and there will be very likely delays using this mode of transport. We highly encourage you to utilise the festival’s bus service or arrange your ride share arrangements prior to the Festival.

Both events will be cashless – the only way to purchase food and drinks is with your debit, credit or prepaid credit card via contactless and mobile payments.

The event is an open air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be notified via email and social media as well as website. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed/continue.

Odyssey will be held in accordance with any QLD Government Public Health Orders and COVID-19 restrictions in place on the date of the event.

In accordance with current QLD Health guidelines, there are no vaccination, testing, or general mask requirements at Odyssey Festival. HOWEVER, COVID-19 is still circulating and as such we ask that all ticket holders evaluate their personal situation and risk in determining whether to attend the festival.

Free drinking water will be available on site and we encourage bringing empty reusable metal and plastic water bottles.
